Yes, there's no indication on kernel.org that the bug has been fixed either: On http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9147 , the status is listed as ASSIGNED.

Unless we're actually dealing with several different bugs here, the bug is therefore probably still there.
