Comment 2 for bug 1018663

Bug 1018664 focus on the 1080p HD video, and if no hardware acceleration, then it's impossible to play. But this bug is about 480p video, which should be handled by software decode.

However, if the full screen mode is not in the support feature list, then I will modify the test case description to add this additional limitation.
