Can't play 1080p video on vexpress board with Linaro ubuntu image.

For vexpress board, on hardware pack:

The 1080p video can be loaded to the movie player, but only show 1 frame around every 7 seconds. This should be caused by:

Would we ever get hw decode support for Vexpress? If not, we should remove this test case from the vexpress test list.

No, there's no hw support on vexpress for this. How do we go about removing the test from the list on vexpress? just remove it from the spreadsheet?
