Comment 3 for bug 967290

This has only happened once, so I am not sure if it is worth updating the code to handle it. Seems that the above fields are grabbed from the email and, quite rightly, no attempt is made to look up an email address of a person based on their name because the email address is a unique identifier, but the name isn't.
