Comment 0 for bug 531446

The "Translation template import" mails sent by Launchpad should have a rational message at the bottom stating why I got the mail, and how I can shut it off.

Rational messages also make text-based filtering in Gmail easier. Necessary because Gmail can not filter on custom headers.

Here is the text of a template import message I received today:
