After the cleanups mentioned in bug 401593, we can:
 • Move get_distroseries_pofiles from VPOExportSet to DistroSeries.
 • Kill VPOExportSet and IVPOExportSet altogether.
 • Replace IVPOExportSet with ITranslationMessageData, 'cause that's what it really is.
