When trying to translate a certain language for Getting Things Gnome! (https://translations.launchpad.net/gtg) I get the Browsing __language__ translation page instead of the Translating into __language__ page.
The translation permissions are open.

For example if I try to add translations for the Portuguese language I get the list of the current translation ( Browsing Portuguese translation ) with no options to add strings or what so ever.
If I try to add translations to the Dutch language it's ok and I can add translations.

There is some kind of bug here.

My preferred language is set to Portuguese.

I checked this issue with some IRC users at the launchpad channel.
