List related bugs for each bug report

Bug Description
I note that malone is clever about recognizing bug numbers, and turning them into links.
It would be good to extract these and have a list of related bugs for a bug. Also, just recognizing #????? as a bug number might be good too.

That's an interesting idea. If we extract the links at the time the comment is added to the bug and put them in a table, we'd also be able to show backlinks on the pages for the referenced bugs.
