Bug Description
When a bug is marked as related to another bug, say using the "bug 1"
comment syntax, it should be cross-referenced in the related case.
Say I have bug 41911 and bug 41912. And I relate the latter to the
former. Both bugs should have a box on the left that says "Related
bugs" with a bulleted list of related bugs. And they should
cross-reference each other.

This should also happen for revisions that mention bugs: they will use the same text->html, and should also have reverse mappings.
