MailingListAPIView will need to provide a new method to get the user's name or URL to do this.

If we do this, we should consider adding a method that gets a light representation of a mailing list user. The isRegisteredInLaunchpad() inGoodStanding() could be methods on the MLUser and it would also provide, displayname, and URL.
