Insert a link to the sender's LP profile page in mailing lists

Bug Description
it would be great if for every message in a launchpad-managed email list we had a link to the user's profile in the footer, so that I can go and check who they are. There's no other way to find out based on their email address.

MailingListAPIView will need to provide a new method to get the user's name or URL to do this.
If we do this, we should consider adding a method that gets a light representation of a mailing list user. The isRegisteredInL
