Bug Description
I have just reported bug #29288 and am now trying to target this to version 0.9-0ubuntu1 in dapper.
I clicked on "Request fix in distribution", keyed in distribution "Ubuntu" and source package "xchat-gnome" and received this OOPS id. I was hoping that the next screen would prompt me for a version number.

The OOPS indicates a duplicate key constraint failure, since the bug already has a task targetted at xchat-gnome in Ubuntu. This should definitely give a more user friendly error.
