I think the heart of the issue here is that folk /working/ on those bugs cannot get further data from the reporter (and this can be presumed to be a greater issue with bugs that have not had a developerish person look at them yet, as glaring ommissions are probably noticed immediately).
That said, projects which are keeping up on triage are likely to have only a small number of such bugs, and even bugs that have had a developer look at it may still need the user to retest (e.g on specific hardware).
I think making the users AWOLness clear in the UI will help all bug reports filed by disabled users; which the current greyed-out icon should do, so I'm inclined to close this wont-fix as additional complexity that will merely cause more confusion than it solves.
