It appears to be that there are some general reliability issues that have been affecting this project over the last month.

This issue occurred at about 8am central on April 18th. Looking at my build scripts, the PPA FTP was down. This appears to be related to some scheduled maintenance: https://twitter.com/launchpadstatus/status/1780937856044646513. This maintenance appears to have gone on longer and people were reporting that even 20 hours later some services were down.

There was another issue on April 6th that I couldn't understand, packages were published for building and successfully accepted, but nothing happened and the versions didn't update: https://techpatterns.com/forums/about3071.html. Republishing technically fixed the issue, but then the PPA overall was unavailable so confirming whether things were working at all was difficult.

I understand that this is a free service and the compute for building my kernels is also free (an expensive task if you're using an ondemand cloud service), but Launchpad overall has been very unstable lately. Are we expected to see more of this going forward or were these just bad coincidences?
