For teams where the admin can keep up with applications, the number of applicants is almost always going to be either zero or one. So what is the data supporting the need for +editproposedmembers? For example, what proportion of teams have more than one applicant ≥1% of the time, what proportion of teams have more than one applicant ≥2% of the time, ≥3%, etc.? We might find we don't need the bulk administration page at all. Another way of resolving the confusion would be to present multiple applications the same way as single applications, but on a single page using XmlHttp, like how Facebook friend requests work.

As for the edit link in the same row, it looks like the test subject didn't see it because it was hundreds of pixels away from the applicant's name. How could we fix that?
