Bug Description

When someone applies to join a team you administer, you receive an e-mail notification containing a link to a page for approving or declining their membership, including how long their membership should last and what should happen when it has nearly expired.

Alternatively, you can go from the team's list of members to a page for altering the membership of the applicant. This page lets you approve or decline the application, but nothing else.

These two pages should be the same page, with the same URL and the same options.

Matthew, I think the second page you mention is the ~team/+editproposedmembers, which is intentionally simpler and allow team admins to approve/decline/hold all proposed members at once.

Also, from the list of members on a team's page it's possible to get to the page whose URL is sent by email if you follow the edit link in the same table row of the proposed member you want to change.

For teams where the admin can keep up with applications, the number of applicants is almost always going to be either zero or one. So what is the data supporting the need for +editproposedmembers? For example, what proportion of teams have more than one applicant ≥1% of the time, what proportion of teams have more than one applicant ≥2% of the time, ≥3%, etc.? We might find we don't need the bulk administration page at all. Another way of resolving the confusion would be to present multiple applications the same way as single applications, but on a single page using XmlHttp, like how Facebook friend requests work.

As for the edit link in the same row, it looks like the test subject didn't see it because it was hundreds of pixels away from the applicant's name. How could we fix that?
