It just happened again when I tried to view my subscriptions from the link in the bug email.

This link took me to:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1769212/+subscriptions/+login
Which displays the already logged in page. I haven't been to the launchpad site in a few weeks so I am assuming my browser auto-logged me in as I have the credentials saved in Firefox. Removing the +login at the end of the URL and then navigating to it displays the proper page.
