Bug Description
When using ubuntu-bug to file a bug report manually, I get redirected to a dead end page in Launchpad when I am already logged in to the site. The expected behavior would be to reach a page that lets you file a bug report. I am attaching the usual information manually. The page dispalys the text You are already logged in.

It's probably redirecting to a private page. What's the exact URL that it redirects to, please?
