Jamu, this issue is in fact a duplication of #163716.

In order to keep PPA system as simpler as possible we removed ogre-model restrictions and are forcing all new uploads to main component. They will be able to reach their deps from all components from ubuntu primary archive and also from -security & -updates.

We had to override all previous packages published in other components than main to keep the new mechanism and data sane.
