Comment 0 for bug 121835

After taking care of bug 81681 and 83360, kiko complained in the review that the informational notes (such as "* represents a space character blah blah", and comments from developers to translators) could be better floated right.

Need to think about other issues such as multiple notes, and how will this end up looking with long messages and notes.
