It looks like receipe builds with the gbp import-orig done on Bionic fails to recreate the tarball. This likely has something to do with newer tar and pristine-tar.
There's some patches we might want to make sure are in play in Debian bug 897653 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=897653).
