I cannot duplicate this on windows 10 no matter how hard I try. I'm guessing there is a corner case where the net connections are not updated and the drag command thinks there is nothing connected to the resistor as shown in Art's screen recording. @Art, any chance you could post your schematic so we can attempt to duplicate this?
