Bug Description

Checks for things like:

annular rings
acid traps
solder mask bridge widths
copper slivers
plating density uniformity
starved thermals
text stroke thickness
non-net copper clearances (including text)

etc.

We're using kicad for a fairly complex project, and there is definitely a priority to implementing this issue;

1. Copper Stubs

2. Annular Rings

3. Silk that would be removed due to pads/vias/etc. (This makes the top 3 because it can impact pin 1/orientation indicators on high density boards, causing assembly issues.)

4. Solder Mask bridge widths

5. Minimum Silk Screen Thickness

6. Tracks exposed through solder mask
