Bug Description
It's quite hard, especially compared to GNOME, to change the file associations of a file in KDE. I have to open the properties and click a tiny button with a wrench on it, in order to open a separate dialog which finally allows me to change the file associations in an ordered list. This is way too hard and should be just as simple as it is in GNOME.

Instead of using the small icon, maybe the button should say [Change...]? Or, maybe the File Type is clickable with an ellipsis beside it and you click on the File Type or ellipsis to bring up the file type dialog. Should talk to upstream about this.
