Karl now displays correct mimetype and icon of uploaded files in all views.
However IE sends up application/octet-stream for these files. This means if the files are uploaded by IE, they will have the wrong mimetype.
Unless we find a way to force IE to send up the correct mimetype, we need to consider a server-side heuristics for doing the same.
Please check on your IE version and OS, if the bug is active on that specific version.
