The Openstack Interoperability Lab hit this error: "model-level log forwarding not supported"

We hit this whilst using the following components:

Block Storage cinder-ceph-next
Compute nova-kvm-next
Database mysql
Image Storage glance-ceph-next
Openstack Version kilo
SDN neutron-openvswitch-next
Ubuntu Version trusty

The following traceback was found in the console
