Comment 4 for bug 424042

Ok, so this was initially filed when I was mistakenly using the systemwide jokosher. Now with trunk jokosher, the resulting behavior is slightly different:
- hitting record doesn't freeze jokosher, but starts recording without actually recording any data (the waveform is blank)
- you end up with an error dialog when you un-toggle the record button

I figured that gst level 5 would be way too much
