This RFE proposes to allow inspection(OOB and inband both) to discover pci devices and populate the data in the new field as suggested by https://bugs.launchpad.net/ironic/+bug/1680780. This data can be then in turn used for scheduling from nova if pci_passthorugh filter is added for ironic nodes as suggested by https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/pci-passthorugh-for-ironic.
