Tried 4.15.0-17-generic from proposed.
Nothing changed. Xrandr do not see DP connected monitor, /sys/class/typec does not existis and this is still the ucsi is still:

CONFIG_TYPEC_UCSI=m
CONFIG_UCSI_ACPI=m
