Comment 0 for bug 727281

Since snapping to text-baseline is always active, it can sometimes make it difficult to snap a group containing text to the group's center (if the text baseline is near the center) -- or at the least, a bit annoying. It would be nice to be able to turn on/off snapping-to-text-baseline from the snap toolbar.
