Files updated in the doc trunk, revision 446. Tutorial, keys and man generation in progress.

I've renamed the report because there are currently no 0.49 specific changes in the doc files. We'll open a new report when needed.
Also note that the Japanese keys reference is now available (but not updated with your latest file) on the inkscape website (http://inkscape.org/doc/keys048.ja.html).
