These are custom styles added by the user and stored in the user preferences file. Why should they be translated if the user chose the name herself?

(Personally I'd rather not have Inkscape translate names of my custom brushes (but I also don't really appreciate it doing it on my custom filter effects loaded from ~/.config/inkscape/filters ;) )).
