The manual page for gs (using 8.70/8.71) doesn't explicitly tell how files larger than the default US Letter Portrait are handled with '-dEPSCrop', but first tests with the file attached to this report show the expected result.
However there is a difference to the other reports: the EPS file attached to this report is _clipped_ to the default papersize (with unchanged import extension), whereas in the other reports the content is actually _cropped_ (i.e. lost and not recoverable e.g. by releasing the clip from the imported drawing).
