I'm pleased to announce the availability of an updated "Indonesian.nsh", now
with translated language names. Thanks to Waluyo for the suggestion and
BlackClaw for the proofing.
Based on my understanding of the language, I believe all of the language
names that explicitly use a country's name should start with "Bahasa...".
But given the commonality of this, as well as the language-centric context
that these words appear in, the "Bahasa..." is implied and thus can be
safely omitted.
