master: docked dialogs cannot be resized when there are buttons that stand for other dialogs below them

In the situation when there are lots of docked dialogs, and they form a row below the open dialog, the open dialog cannot be resized, even though there's a lot of space available.

In your configuration, I can increase the size of the dialogs, but not decrease it. That's because the minHeight of the Align & Distribute dialog which is also in that region must not be undercut.
