Minimized dialogs require opening them twice to open

Bug Description

Minimizing / maximizing docked dialogs works again in principle with GTK3. However, it requires two clicks, or pressing the keyboard shortcut for the dialog twice, or calling the dialog from the menu twice, if the dialog is minimized to an icon, and there is more than one of those minimized dialogs.

To reproduce:

- Open two docked dialogs of your choice.
- Minimize both by clicking on the little triangle icon.
- Now dialog 1 is displayed above dialog 2 at the right side of the dock.
- Click on dialog 2 (or call it from the menu, or use its keyboard shortcut)
- Get dialog 1 instead of 2, and dialog 2 is a huge button with vertical text below it.
- Repeat calling dialog 2.
- Finally get dialog 2.

Inkscape master 0.92+devel (14d07e6, 2018-08-17) on Linux Mint 18.3

Suggested solution:

Remove one of the two minimizing options:

I'd either:

- remove the buttons that are in the dock itself, and keep the side buttons
- or, better, would move them out of the dock to its bottom and ditch the buttons on the side which are difficult to find anyway, and have vertical text.

I always get the right dialogs (and the huge button) ?

Yes, it's the same for me now. I get the correct dialogs with an Inkscape master compiled today.

I think the huge buttons with the vertical text are probably misplaced buttons for the side bar... As soon as all dialogs are minimized, they all go to the side.

It seems like this is 'sort of' fixed in Inkscape master. It still looks somewhat weird with the long buttons on the right but the correct dialog does come up if you click on it.

There's a separate report for the vertical buttons on gitlab, so this one here only applies to 0.92.x.
