try using the "add attachment" button, and then browse to the file, and
confirm that these files can be opened before attaching them

  trace bitmap not working for 92.2 window 32bit

Bug description:
  I have reinstall inkscape several times, but trace bitmap isn't even
  working at all.  it just stop working while converting photo for my
  cricut.  Please tell me how to resolve this problem. plus all my pass
  converted file are no longer able to upload into design space.
