Huge color strip makes it usable again. Scrollbar still on top. Scrollbar of document too wide. Edit (95.1 KiB, image/png)

Making the size of the color strip huge makes the color strip usable again.
Though you'll notice that the scrollbar of the color strip lies on top of the color strip.

(Additionally, the scroll bar of the document seem too wide)
