SVG discrepancies by migrating PDF by Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape

Bug Description

By comparing rendering of 2 SVG files:
 - one done after migrating PDF to SVG with Adobe Illustrator
 - one done after migrating PDF to SVG with Inkscape (PDF Cairo library - Poppler),

it seems opacity of SVG coming from Inkscape is higher than from Adobe Illustrator.

Even if these discrepancies are not viewable by using Internet Explorer,
they are clearly viewable by generating one PDF from Adobe Framemaker after inserting them in one single Framemaker file.

Could you investigate this issue and let me know what is the root cause of this issue?
For the moment, it prevents us to use Inkscape as main tool for PSDF to SVG migration.

In order to illustrate clearly the issue, I have attached one PDF generated from single FM source and including all kind of sources:

 - original PDF : OK
 - SVG generated with Inkscape (PDF Cairo) : FAILED (color opacity)
 - SVG generated through Adobe Illustrator : OK

Thanks for taking the time to file a report!

How did you generate the MS40076V2_CAIRO.svg file with Inkscape? Opening it in Inkscape doesn't render anything because of the pageset and page elements.
Attached is an SVG generated with 0.92.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. It shows nothing obviously wrong regarding opacity, and renders (in Inkscape) almost the same way the file from AI does.

I have generated MS40076V2_CAIRO.svg by importing PDF from GUI:

 PDF Import settings:
+ page settings: Select Page 1
 + select Poppler/Cairo import

other options are selected by default

NOTA: I have already submitted a previous Change Request as these options are available from Inkscape Commad line

The issue appears really after insertion within Framemaker document and PDF rendering.
