Bug Description

When the attached sketch is exported as a png, the lips
of the baby are solid black. If I just select the baby,
or delete her big sister, then she exports ok. I will
also attach the .png with the problem. I have tried the
png in Firefox, and imported the png into Inkscape, so
I don't think it's the program displaying it.

I can't attach the png because it's too big, so it's on my
web space and should remain there for the foreseeable future.

I had difficulty re-creating the image as I had changed the
dpi and the bug seems to be sensitive to this setting, the
above is exported at 240 dpi.

This is a renderer bug, observable both when exporting at
240dpi and when viewing onscreen at 229% zoom.

Some more comments:

The export bug disappears when certain parts of the image are removed, the zoom bug, however, remains.

The page size plays a role here.
Attached is an svg file only containing the path in question which gets a black fill in 229% zoom.
The bug disappears when the page height is reduced. Page width makes no difference.
In this file the export bug does not occur.

Here the same svg as above, only with a reduced page height.
I checked the file with a text editor to make sure the only difference is the page size and the file name.
The zoom bug does not occur in this file.

Maybe this can help with further testing.

Sorry for the triple post, but here is a final minimal example that triggers the bug for 200% and 229% zoom, as well as 240 dpi png export.
If the small rectangle is removed from the image, the export bug disappears, while the zoom bug remains (despite the page height being very small)
