Bug Description
See attached SVG. The lower tip renders incorrectly at zoom levels around
400%.
I'm using Inkscape 0.45 release for Windows. Blur rendering is set to
average. Doesn't occur with high quality rendering.

Thanks for the interesting use case. But it's not the blur to blame. It's
the path rendering that breaks for this shape. I atatch a minimal example
without blur that demonstrates this.
Hopefully the switch to cairo renderer will fix this. d.svg
