wide stroke misrendered

See attached SVG. The lower tip renders incorrectly at zoom levels around
400%.

I'm using Inkscape 0.45 release for Windows. Blur rendering is set to
average. Doesn't occur with high quality rendering.

Thanks for the interesting use case. But it's not the blur to blame. It's
the path rendering that breaks for this shape. I atatch a minimal example
without blur that demonstrates this.

Hopefully the switch to cairo renderer will fix this.

Confirmed on zoom levels between 246% and 513%, SVN revision 16423

it only happens with certain percentages for me and by different amounts and shapes, sometimes the same zoom% looks different, see screenshots

bug 180495 describes a similar rendering glitch on a much more complex sample file. I don't want to mark it a dupe, since I'm not sure it's the same issue. When this bug is fixed, it would be great if someone could check whether it also resolves that issue?

Cannot reproduce with Inkscape trunk (still reproduced with 0.48.x). Closing this report, if you feel this was closed in error, please re-open the report and explain why.
