  Image cutoff when zooming in or out the view

Bug description:
  When zooming in and out of the project part of the letters are being
  cut off. It does not appear to cause any problems when the saved file
  (PDF) is exported into my cutting program.

  I recently upgraded to Inkscape 0.91 r13725 and noticed a decrease in
  quality of the preview image when viewing or changing fonts. Its very
  pixelated.
