Might be an indication that this is the same underlying issue with the bundled gdk-pixbuf GDI+ loaders in 64bit Inkscape packages if opening/importing more than one of certain bitmap image file types (PNG is not affected), as currently tracked in

Could you test whether the crashes you observe match the triggers described in bug #1467103, bug #1447012 and bug #1467287?
