Comment 1 for bug 1420925

Here is a screen video capture of the dialog position bug I made:

It seems that when one closes one of the inkscape instances it closes the main window but leaves the dialogs behind (you can seem them duplicated at about 1:30 in the video) and that probably causes the position reset.

The keystroke bug is not present in the portable build provided by Partha here http://www.partha.com/downloads/Inkscape-0.91-portable.exe
