Bug Description
It would be great to be able to just double-click on the "status bar" (or whatever the bottom bar is officially called) where Fill and Stroke are shown as two color bars (or "Unset") and have that open, or take you to the Fill/Stroke dialog.

Please always add information about OS/platform and Inkscape version (see Inkscape menu 'Help > About Inkscape') to the bug description, thank you.
Works for me in Inkscape 0.48 (except for stroke style (bug #484135)) and 0.91 (all three tabs of the 'Fill & Stroke' bar can be accessed via a single click on the corresponding swatches of current style indicator at the right end of the status bar).
