clicking on the stroke size doesn't open the dialog box

Win32, Inkscape 0.47pre4-1
When I click on the stroke size info on the bottom left it doesn't open the dialog box anymore like in v.0.46, only when clicking on the fill or stroke colors items.

works with Inkscape 0.46-2 -> regression
