Bug Description

Ubuntu tried to report things according to location and that is good. However, in case of time, it report it wrongly
For example 12h00 is noon and 16h00 is evening. Ubuntu report them both as noon (Alasiri) which is incorrect. Here is a correct list to the best of my understanding (Being a Guy from East Africa and Tanzania particularly the land of Kiswahili :))

I have tried to find best explanation in English

03:00am- 06:59am Alfajiri (Early in the morning)
07:00am-11-59am- Asubuhi (Morning)
12:00pm- 12:59 Alasiri (Noon)
01:00pm-3:00pm - Mchana (Afternoon)
04:00pm-06:59pm- Jioni (Evening)
07:00pm-11:59pm- Usiku (Night)
12:00am-2:59am - Usiku wa Manane (Late Night)

Stefano, thanks for that list, but where does Ubuntu use any of those words? As far as I know, indicator-datetime displays just times. It doesn't make any judgements about whether it's afternoon vs. evening vs. night.

Could you perhaps attach a screenshot of the problem?

Hi Matt,
Sorry for late reply. Somehow I could not receive email notifying of reply.
Here is a screenshot of what am talking about!

Well, that's weird. This seems like a translation error, with "AM" and "PM" being translated imprecisely. But <https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/indicator-datetime/+pots/indicator-datetime> doesn't list Kiswahili (or Swahili, or Bantu) at all.

Could you please type "locale" (without quotes) in a terminal, copy and paste the output here?
