When I check to run Evolution, Empathy and Gwibber on startup, three app windows open, but I don't want to see them, I just want to see new message notifications and have the choice to open a window, so I have to manually move three windows to an other desktop area (unless Aardvark sent me a message when the computer was turned off, in which case it's four windows!).
When I click the letter envelope icon, Transmission (Gwibber) is almost always in dark grey, but I have never seen the letter envelope icon itself in dark grey.
