Bug Description
With Compiz's Snapping Windows plugin, the default value of resistance_distance should be changed from 30 to 18. With this smaller resistance_distance value, window snapping is still usable for those who wish to use it, but the snappiness is less pronounced and less likely to frustrate users who don't understand the behavior.
