Bug Description

Although the window-snap-to-desktop-edge function is working as intended (probably?) its rather annoying when using small screens with low resolution (like netbooks). Since you can not really move the window properly since it keeps snapping in all directions, it should be possible to disable this function, even if its just a hidden gconf key.

This is not hard to fix. The metacity source has this function defined as a macro I think, so it should just be a matter of reading/writing the property to a config and evaluate the property before snapping.
